KARATE CLASS IN
KARATE CLASS, YOU LEARN ALL THE BASICS OF KARATE SUCH AS PUNCHES, KICKS, STANCES, SELF-DEFENSE, KATA’S, SPARRING, AND
WEAPONS. YOU WILL ALSO LEARN A LITTLE JAPANESE LANGUAGE AND THE HISTORY OF KARATE. MIX
IN A LOT OF DISCIPLINE, RESPECT, CARDIO,
EXERCISE, STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE, AND YOU HAVE KARATE. THIS IS TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN COMPETING IN TOURNAMENTS, WE WILL TEACH YOU THAT ALSO.
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION IN PRIVATE INSTRUCTION, YOU WILL GET INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION
FOR AN HOUR. YOU TELL THE SENSEI WHAT YOU WANT TO WORK ON OR WHAT YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH, AND THAT
IS WHAT IS COVERED. ALSO, IF YOU ARE CLOSE TO TESTING FOR A STRIPE OR BELT AND YOU WERE TOLD THAT YOU ARE
JUST NOT THERE YET, SOMETIMES PRIVATE INSTRUCTION CAN HELP WITH THAT. THE OTHER CASE WHERE PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
MAY BE USED IS WHEN YOU DON’T WANT TO BE IN A CLASS WITH OTHER PEOPLE OR DUE TO YOUR SCHEDULE, YOU NEED A NON-SPECIFIED
