BE ON TIME!!!!!  ON THIS IMPORTANT DATE, THERE IS NO REASON FOR BEING LATE. 

WEAR YOUR GI AND BELT TO THE SCHOOL.
 

ENTER THE SCHOOL QUIETLY AND START TO STRETCH OUT.
 

NO RUNNING AROUND.
 

WHEN THE SENSEI’S ARE READY TO START, LINE UP QUICKLY AND
QUIETLY. 

LISTEN TO WHAT THE SENSEI’S TELL YOU TO DO.
 

TRY TO PERFORM ALL OF THE TASKS THAT YOU ARE ASKED TO DO.

IF YOU FEEL SICK AT ANY TIME, TELL ONE OF THE SENSEI’S. 

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER A DAY OR TWO BEFORE THE TEST. 

FEEL FREE TO BRING FRUIT, ENERGY BARS OR ENERY DRINKS TO THE TEST.(DO NOT DRINK SODA)  -  (NO HEAVY FOODS) 

WHEN THE SENSEI’S GIVE YOU A BREAK, QUIETLY GET A DRINK OR A BITE OF YOUR FOOD.  BREAKS ARE VERY SHORT SO BE READY TO GET BACK QUICKLY. 

THERE IS A LOT OF ACTIVITY DURING TESTING.  THE SENSI’S MAY SEEM MORE STERN AND SERIOUS THAN AT A REGULAR CLASS.  (PARENTS, ALTHOUGH THIS WILL BE EXPLAINED IN CLASS, PLEASE TRY TO REINFORCE THIS BEFORE THE TEST.)   

DEPENDING ON THE BELT LEVEL BEING TESTED FOR, TESTS CAN RANGE FROM 1 HOUR TO 3 OR MORE HOURS.   (THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED BEFORE THE TEST)

NOTE:  ALL NEXT LEVEL TEST REQUIREMENTS WILL BE GIVEN TO EACH STUDENT SO THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY MUST ACCOMPLISH BEFORE ADVANCING
